Furnishing the Homestays – Phase 1 - Palestinian Heritage Trail

Last Friday, March 28th, 2015, and as part of “Developing the Rural Communities in Palestine” Program, which is funded by our French Partners (Tetraktys, Afrat, AFD, The French Consulate, and the municipalities in France), Palestine Heritage Trail Al-Khalil has done the first phase of furnishing the home-stays project.

This phase of furnishing included both the delivering and installing of the beds and wood crates to the home-stays that are located all along the southern part of the Masar (Aqbat Jaber, Auja, Tequa, Rashayda, Bani N’aim, Tal Al-Qamar, and Khirbet Al Mird)

This furniture, however, serves to highlight the Masar’s identity. This is through the use of them for the purpose of furnishing the guest rooms of the homestays where the tourists will spend their overnight and get to try the Masar’s goods and services through the home-stays at which they are staying.
