Scout Group of Beit Sahour Walking Trips - Palestinian Heritage Trail

Palestine Heritage Trail had arranged two walks last Wednesday and Friday July 22 and 24, 2015 for the Scout Group of Beit Sahour youth where 150 participants have walked from Al-Makhrour in Beit Jala reaching to the village of Battir west of Bethlehem, and 87 participants have walked from the Tent of Bedouin in Al-Rashayda to the area overlooking the Dead Sea.

The youth headed to the Tent of Bedouin in Al-Rashayda where all males where they have spent the night over there and had started the walk at 3:00 AM next morning right from the tent, reaching to the area in Al-Rashayda overlooking the Dead Sea.

On the other hand, the Scout Group of Beit Sahour female youth has walked the part from Al-Makhrour to Battir only. This walk has been done, however, last Friday, July 24, 2015 at 5:00 am in the morning.

At the end of the scout camp, The Scout Group of Beit Sahour handed Palestine Heritage Trail a complimentary gift as a gesture for their efforts and support to the scout.
