Esperansa Hanania Qumsieh

I believe that travel is more than the seeing of sights, it allows for an ongoing deep process of introspection and change regarding ideas of living, perception of otherness and things beyond the usual. A travel moment that can leave you speechless, can turn you into a storyteller later on. I love being able to accompany people through their  travel journeys and see how it changes them.

Esperansa comes from the little town of Bethlehem, birthplace of Christ the savior. In spite of a successful career in business, Esperansa found more passion and joy on hiking trails. For over three years, she has been sharing her love for nature with family, friends and many local groups. The success of her tours and the encouragement of her family and loyal trekkers motivated Esperansa to get formally trained in this area at Bethlehem University and successfully passed the ‘Community Trekking Tour Guide’ certification at the Ministry of Tourism and Antiquities.

Esperansa is intellectual, sociable and a joy to be around. Her cultural sensitivity and world mindedness adds a special flavor to her tours. She is fluent in Arabic and English with basic knowledge of French.
