Zaid Azhari

Working as a trekking guide connects me more to my country.Zaid started his career in tourism as a volunteer. He decided to help organizations that work in sustainable tourism development in Palestine. This work helped him to build his image and gain experience in the field of tourism. Now, Zaid plans to start his own business in the field of tourism one day. He believes that one of the key elements of his success is the full understanding of this field. He thinks that guiding and meeting with visitors in the field will help him to learn about their interests. He sees The Palestinian Heritage Trail as the great opportunity for visitors where they could learn and get to know about the Palestinian communities and their culture, as well as enjoy the natural environment, landscapes as well as traditional food. Zaid accomplished various courses helping him develop his guiding skills, like Wilderness First Aid, GPS and Maps etc
